We meet in Room 249 of the Student Union at 7 PM.

Looking forward to celebrating with you!

Newman Club Meeting– the Saints

Please join us for Newman Club on

Monday, November 10th at 7 PM in Union room 249!

We’ll be sharing stories of our favorite saints.  Have your best one or two in mind to contribute to the group discussion!

In keeping with one of the themes of the Church for the month of November, we will be discussing the saints. Some were male, some female . . . single, married, or consecrated religious, . . . some lived and worked in an urban area, and some were hermits or lived a monastic life . . . some died a martyr’s death, some lived to a ripe old age . . . there is no “cookie cutter” model of a saint.  What they all had in common was their desire to live a life of holiness in relationship with Christ.

We shall also be taking nominations for the E-Board position of Treasurer for the Spring semester. If you know of somebody who may be interested, you will have the chance to put their name forward (and yes, you can nominate yourself!). Elections will be held on November 24th, during Newman Club.
